We offer a 2-3 day delivery on most goods purchased to a UK delivery address, excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands, which may take up to 7 days to deliver.
Delivery to non-UK mainland addresses
Due to fluctuating delivery costs for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, please call 02476 455149 or email for a fixed and firm price. We are unable to process Channel Island online orders as VAT is automatically charged and shipping is not added. We will therefore contact the customer before processing your order.
Next Working Day Delivery
Most orders to the UK mainland are either free for a 2-3 day delivery or for an additional cost we can deliver next working day £5.99 for a spend value of less than £50.00 and £3.49 for a spend value greater than £50.00. To ensure next day delivery orders have to be placed before 2.30pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday requesting a next day delivery will not be delivered until Tuesday. For full details of all our delivery charges.
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays
All our prices are shown in UK pounds including VAT at 17.5%. For orders outside the EU the VAT will be deducted before charging your credit card. We are currently only processing online orders for delivery to the UK & Channel Islands but we do deliver internationally so please call or email for a quote.
For purchases made by Credit/Debit Card, we may ship to an address different from the Credit/Debit Card Billing Address, provided that this address is on record with your Credit/Debit Card Company. If this shipping address is not on record with your Credit/Debit Card Company, your order cannot be processed. To avoid difficulties and delay with re-routing orders to alternate addresses, please ensure you enter the address at which you will be available to take delivery.
If a different delivery address is specified once an attempted delivery has failed an additional charge will be made of £10.00 to reroute the parcel. If this request for payment is declined we may request the return of the parcel to Central Sports UK Ltd and refund your money in full, less our original shipping costs of £6.99
We strongly recommend that are customers do not give instructions to leave the purchased goods on the premises or surrounding land as this may jeopardise any claim for compensation if your parcel is lost or stolen.
Your right to cancel begins the day your contract was concluded and ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must notify Central Sports UK Ltd in writing within the above mentioned cancellation period. You will be deemed to have cancelled on the day the notification is posted. You may wish to send the notification by recorded delivery or some other traceable means. You can also cancel by fax, email or by delivering the notification of cancellation to the trade premises.
We will return any monies paid within 30 days of your cancellation.
Any additional items not returned that secured a discount as a result of being purchased in conjunction with the returned product will become chargeable at the normal singular price. Items purchased at the same time can only be refunded if returned unused as new.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us under the cancellation agreement. You are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. If you fail to return the goods to us within a reasonable time we shall charge you for the cost of collection. If the goods are not returned to us in a similar condition to which they were delivered to you, we may charge you for any reasonable losses which we incur.
Clothing, equipment and footwear returned due to a poor fit, or not required, will be refunded or exchanged. Unless product is faulty or sent in error we are unable to refund any return postal costs.
When you can’t cancel
Please note that there are circumstances when you cannot cancel unless Central Sports UK Ltd has given you a specific contractual right to do so.
These are if:
Central Sports UK Ltd has already started to provide the service within the cancellation period and you have agreed to this. You must have been told in writing - before the supplier agreed to carry out the service - that you would then lose your right to cancel.
You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised.

Damaged / Substandard Products
If you received a product that you consider to be substandard or faulty and you with to return for exchange repair or modification, please notify Central Sports UK Ltd by some traceable means, within three working days from receipt. If notification has not been received within the said time Central Sports UK Ltd cannot reimburse any return shipping cost you may incur.
If items are received faulty, or a fault develops, we will arrange to have the item collected or, reimburse any reasonable shipping costs (not premium delivery services) to you. We will inspect and refund/replace/repair in line with your consumer rights.
Rackets damaged by any accidental use cannot be replaced by Central Sports UK Ltd free of charge.
