Puma's LIGA Core Junior Shorts are the plain black club short from the LIGA teamwear range — the pair junior sides order twenty of at the start of a season. Elasticated waist, clean black body, printed Puma cat to the left leg.
Key Features
- Elasticated waistband — pull-on waist, no fastening to lose or break.
- Printed Puma cat — white Puma logo to the left leg.
- Plain black body — matches any club shirt and doubles as PE kit.
- Junior sizing — stocked across junior age sizes.
- LIGA teamwear range — a long-running Puma line, so sets can be topped up later.
Performance Overview
Teamwear shorts are judged on two things: whether they still match in March, and whether they survive the washing machine twice a week. The LIGA range has been in Puma's catalogue long enough that a replacement pair ordered mid-season will sit alongside the originals without anyone spotting the difference — which is the entire point of buying teamwear rather than whatever is on the shelf.
Benefits
Cheap to replace, easy to reorder, and black enough to hide a wet Sunday. Works as football kit, PE kit and general sports kit without fuss.
