Balance & Flex Profile
The Yonex Astrox E13 is a traditional beginners' badminton racket with modern features, supplied strung. At just 87 grams it is easy to handle, giving newcomers an accessible entry point to the sport while borrowing key features from the wider Astrox range.
Key Features
- Light 87 gram frame – easy to handle, unlike the heavy beginner rackets of the past.
- Isometric head – an extra-large sweet spot for easier power and better shuttle control.
- Full graphite shaft and aluminium head – a good balance between power and manoeuvrability.
- Built-in T-Joint – a one-piece connection between head and shaft.
- Medium head-heavy balance – helps generate power from the rear court.
- Factory strung – ready to play (maximum tension 19lbs).
Performance Overview
The Astrox E13 blends traditional qualities with Yonex technology. The Isometric head makes it easier to find the sweet spot, and the medium head-heavy balance with a medium-stiffness graphite shaft helps beginners generate power while keeping the racket manageable. It is an approachable platform for developing skills.
